Payment

Payment can be made through PAYPAL, a secure on-line payment system which is very easy to use. If you don’t have already PAYPAL account, you don’t need to sign up to use this service, and can pay directly through the site by credit card.
Payment is expected immediately upon checkout.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times:

Whitin Israel – Registered mail by Israel Post – Estimated Time 3-6 days

Outside of Israel – Standard Mail, Israel Post – Estimated Time 2-3 weeks

Outside of Israel – Express mail, Israel Post EMS – Estimated Time 4-6 days – extra 15$

Delivery times are estimated, I am not responsible for postal, custom or holiday delays. The buyer is responsible for any extra taxes that customs might claim.

How long will it take to process my order?

After you make your order it takes 3-5 work days to design your hat. If you need your order asap, let us know and we will do our best to speed it up.

 

Do you offer Express shipping?

If you’d like your order to arrive faster than that, you can choose express shipping ($15) from the shipping options, and your order will arrive in 5-7 days.

 

Custom and Duties

If your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties vary from country to country, and we cannot estimate nor pay these fees. We attach the proper documentation to speed up the customs process.

 

Can I track my package?

We always supply a tracking number, but unless you choose the express shipping option, for certain countries there is no way to track a package after it has left Israel, and the tracking is not always reliable. If you choose express shipping, then your package will be trackable.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 3 days from when you received it and we will work out a refund or exchange. We will not cover the shipping cost back. 

Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in saleable condition
